Terms of Service
Last updated: June 8, 2026These terms govern the relationship between ElipsionAI ("I," "me," "my") and any client ("you," "your") who engages my services. By requesting a free audit or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Overview
I provide done-for-you lead-capture system builds for HVAC contractors. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Building or improving a website or landing page
- Setting up quote capture forms and lead routing
- Google Business Profile cleanup and optimization
- Missed-call and after-hours auto-reply templates
- Review request templates
- Lead tracking setup
- Handoff documentation
- Optional ongoing monthly support
The specific scope of work for any engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal. These terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.
2. No Guarantee of Results
I make no representations or warranties that any particular outcome will be achieved. My role is to build and deliver the system — not to operate your business or guarantee its performance.
3. Payment & Scope
Payment terms, amounts, and timelines are specified in your individual project agreement. Generally:
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Final payment is due upon project completion or handoff
- Monthly support (if applicable) is billed on a recurring basis
- Scope changes requested after work begins may affect pricing and timeline
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has already been delivered, refunds are generally not available for completed deliverables.
4. Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the specific deliverables created for your project — including your domain, website files, form links, and any content written specifically for your business.
I retain the right to reuse general templates, processes, frameworks, and methodologies developed as part of my work. I may reference your project as an anonymized example of my work unless you ask me not to in writing.
5. Your Responsibilities
For me to deliver your project on time, you agree to:
- Provide necessary access credentials in a timely manner
- Review and approve drafts or deliverables within agreed timelines
- Provide accurate information about your business and services
- Not use any deliverable for unlawful purposes
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my liability in connection with any service is limited to the total amount you paid for that specific service. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunities.
7. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, I will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
